Initial Migraine Clinic

These sessions are suitable for new clients or clients I haven't seen for over 12 months, who are specifically looking to manage their migraines.

This appointment is 60-75 minutes, to give us extra time to discuss your medical history, migraine patterns, known triggers and aims for the treatment.

You can receive a shiatsu treatment at any point in a migraine cycle*; prodrome, aura, headache/pain, postdrome, or migraine free. The aims of the session and the techniques used during the session will be tailored accordingly.
